Don Jazzy Challenges Oluwadolarz Over Allegations Against Nigerian Entertainer

Nigerian music executive Micheal Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, has confronted Nollywood actor and singer Oluwadolarz over his claims that a Nigerian entertainer propositioned him for gay sex.

Oluwadolarz, in a recent Instagram post, shared an encounter where an unnamed entertainer allegedly demanded sexual favors in exchange for promoting his songs, endorsing his music, or helping him climb the music charts. He expressed his shock and frustration, writing, “You will promote my songs. Endorse my music. Help me top chart. But make I first bend over make you enter my Yansh.”

Don Jazzy, reacting to the post via the comment section of a blog post, challenged Oluwadolarz to disclose the identity of the entertainer, suggesting that if he could not name the person, his claim might be false. Don Jazzy’s response was direct: “Tag the person or it’s a lie sir.”

In other news, Don Jazzy has explained why he avoids releasing his artists’ music on the same day as top Nigerian stars Wizkid and Asake. Mavin Records, the label he leads, manages artists like Rema, Ayra Starr, Crayon, Magixx, Boy Spyce, Johnny Drille, and Lifesize Teddy.

During an interview on Fisayo Fosudo’s podcast, Don Jazzy elaborated on his strategic approach to music releases. He emphasized that launching new music on the same day as established stars like Wizkid or Asake would be risky for his artists. He admitted that releasing music simultaneously with such popular acts could overshadow his artists’ work.

“It would be suicidal for my artist to release a song on the same day as Wizkid or Asake,” Don Jazzy said, explaining that he would rather postpone the release to ensure better visibility and success for his artists’ projects.
