U.S. Court Clears Air Peace CEO Allen Onyema of Business Fraud Allegations

The Chief Executive Officer of Air Peace, Allen Onyema, has cleared of any wrongdoing by the Court in Atlanta, Georgia, following a three-year investigation into of business fraud. The court’s ruling, which came investigations by U.S. agencies and a of legal proceedings, concluded that no losses were incurred by any banks, exonerating Onyema of all charges.

The case, brought forward by the Attorney for the District of Georgia, also a former staff member of Springfield Company Inc., Ebony Mayfield, who faced legal action in with the indictment. Last Friday, the court sentenced Mayfield to probation and a $4,000 fine after she pleaded guilty to one count to the misuse of Letters of Credit for purchasing for Air Peace Limited.

The case attracted significant attention in , where false circulated about Onyema’s involvement in fraudulent activities. The law firm addressed these misconceptions, clarifying that both U.S. and law enforcement agencies found no evidence of criminality in Onyema’s actions.

With the court’s ruling, Onyema’s legal team reaffirmed their client’s innocence and expressed that the matter has been resolved. The CEO of Air Peace, one of Nigeria’s , can now continue his work without the shadow of legal challenges that have followed him for the past three years.
