The Southeast Renewed Hope Agenda (SERHA) has praised President Bola Tinubu for his decision to include young people in his cabinet, marking a significant step toward inclusive leadership.
The commendation was made by Belusomchukwu Enwere, the National Coordinator of SERHA, during a food and palliative distribution event in Enugu.
Enwere highlighted that the Tinubu administration’s efforts to ease economic burdens on citizens, especially through the distribution of food items, are timely and impactful.
He expressed optimism that young people are no longer seen merely as “leaders of tomorrow” but are now actively participating in national governance and decision-making.
Describing the appointments as a “positive shift toward inclusive leadership and confidence in the capacity of Nigerian youth,” Enwere also applauded the president for his developmental initiatives in the Southeast region, particularly the establishment of the Southeast Development Commission.
He added, “We must also commend the president for making the prices of food items come down, especially during this festive period to ensure that families are able to afford them.”
