Popular social media personality Peller and skit maker turned streamer Carter Efe are facing widespread criticism after damaging each other’s vehicles during a heated altercation broadcast live online.

In a viral video circulating across social media platforms, the duo were seen standing on the roofs of the cars and smashing the front and rear windscreens with stones while streaming the confrontation in real time. The shocking display has sparked outrage among fans and observers who questioned the recklessness of the act.

Although the exact cause of the clash remains unclear, Peller later addressed the incident during another live broadcast. He expressed satisfaction over damaging Carter’s car, describing it as retaliation for the alleged destruction of his own belongings.

According to him, Carter had previously broken several items at his residence, leaving him unable to respond at the time. Peller admitted that he initiated the confrontation by climbing onto Carter’s vehicle but insisted his actions were justified.

Carter Efe, whose real name is Oderhohwo Joseph Efe, downplayed the accusations and responded briefly during the exchange, saying he disliked Peller’s behaviour and described him as too rough.

The controversy deepened after reports indicated that businessman Emeka Okonkwo, popularly known as E Money, had recently gifted the car to Carter Efe. The timing of the destruction has further fueled criticism, with many social media users condemning both personalities for damaging expensive property for online content.

The incident has reignited conversations about the lengths influencers go to generate attention and engagement, as well as the responsibility that comes with broadcasting content to millions of viewers. Neither party has announced any plans for restitution as public reactions continue to pour in.
