Lagos State House of Assembly Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa, has voiced strong support for President Bola Tinubu’s efforts to improve Nigeria’s security system, saying the president is taking real steps to fix the country’s safety problems.

Speaking during the APC Stakeholders and Progressives Governors Forum at Eko Hotel and Suites in Lagos, Obasa said Tinubu’s reforms show he is serious about protecting Nigerians and rebuilding the country’s security setup.

Obasa praised the president’s approach, saying, “We have seen President Tinubu in action. He is working tirelessly to address our challenges, especially security. I have no doubt that he will deliver.”

He urged Nigerians to stand behind Tinubu and support his leadership, especially as the country looks ahead to the 2027 elections. “He is still the man for the job, and that is why we must give him all the backing necessary now and ahead of 2027,” he added.
