Super Falcons captain Rasheedat Ajibade has set her sights on winning silverware after helping Paris Saint Germain Women book a place in the final of the Coupe LFFP with a commanding 3 0 victory over Paris FC Women on Saturday.

Ajibade found the back of the net as PSG delivered a dominant performance in the semi final. Romée Leuchter opened the scoring in the 47th minute, continuing her impressive form this season, before Merveille Kanjinga doubled the advantage just before the hour mark.

The Nigerian forward wrapped up the win with her first goal since October, calmly finishing from a cut back inside the box to seal PSG’s passage to the final. The result marked the second consecutive 3 0 triumph over their city rivals in the space of a week, underlining PSG’s superiority in the fixture.

PSG will now face Olympique Lyonnais Women in the final scheduled for March 14. Lyon secured their spot with a resounding 4 0 win over Dijon FCO Women in the other semi final.

Reacting to the victory, Ajibade shared PSG’s celebratory post of her goal with a brief but determined message, saying On to the final.

The forward only recently returned to action in January after being sidelined by injury since November. Since joining the Paris club in the summer, she has made 10 appearances across all competitions, registering one goal and one assist.

With momentum building and a final showdown against Lyon looming, Ajibade will be eager to crown her return from injury with a major trophy.
