Super Eagles Players Rally Around Victor Boniface After Surgery

Super Eagles players have sent heartfelt messages of support to Nigerian and Werder Bremen forward Victor Boniface following reports that he recently underwent surgery.

In a video shared on Instagram by sports journalist Calisports, several members of the national team were seen offering words of encouragement to the striker, wishing him a speedy recovery and assuring him of their full support during his rehabilitation period. The players took turns to motivate Boniface, expressing confidence that he would return stronger after the setback.

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen was among those who spoke in the video, urging Boniface to remain positive. “I’m wishing you quick recovery. Stay safe. I know you’ll come back stronger,” Osimhen said.

AC Milan winger Samuel Chukwueze also sent his message of support, describing Boniface as resilient and mentally strong. “I wish you quick recovery and a successful surgery. Come back quick. I know you are stronger than this and I believe in you. Come back stronger,” he stated.

The show of solidarity continued with other players encouraging Boniface to stay mentally strong throughout the recovery process. “At this tough moment, we are all with you. I wish you all the strength and God’s healing,” striker Akor Adams said.

The video concluded with a message from Fulham defender Bright Osayi-Samuel, who expressed appreciation for Boniface’s support as well. “Hi Vic, I want to wish you a quick recovery. I heard the news and I know you’ll be back stronger,” he said.

Boniface, who has been an important figure for both his club and the Super Eagles, is now expected to focus on his recovery as he looks ahead to a return to competitive action.
