Nigerian music icon Ayodeji Balogun, widely recognized as Wizkid, has been named Africa’s highest earner on Spotify, according to recent data from Chart Masters, a music statistics monitoring platform. With monthly earnings reaching $1 million on Spotify, Wizkid stands at the forefront of African music’s international success.

The list of Africa’s top ten earners on the platform is predominantly Nigerian, with one exception:
