Samsung has opened an official TikTok Shop storefront in the United Kingdom. The move allows UK customers to find and buy Samsung devices directly through the social app they use most.
This UK launch follows Samsung’s recent rollout of its TikTok Shop in the United States ahead of Black Friday. Samsung is now the largest technology brand available on TikTok Shop.
On the UK storefront Samsung will show a selected range of items to TikTok users. The initial lineup will include smartphones, wearables, tablets, earbuds, televisions, and vacuum cleaners. Samsung said it plans to add more product groups to the TikTok Shop next year.
TikTok Shop users in the UK will also see offers that are only available on the app. Products will be presented through shoppable videos and through LIVE shopping sessions.
To promote its range on the platform Samsung will run several TikTok LIVE shopping events. The first event is scheduled for December 11.
Each live session will feature Samsung product specialists who will give detailed information about items. Viewers will be able to use exclusive offers during these events to buy products on TikTok.
