Ogun State Governor, Dapo Abiodun, has congratulated Muslim and Christian communities in the state on the commencement of Ramadan and Lent, describing the period as a time for spiritual reflection, renewal, and rejuvenation.

In a statement issued from Abeokuta, the governor highlighted that fasting and abstinence from worldly pleasures allow believers to draw closer to God, seek divine guidance, and pray for the growth and development of families, communities, and the state.
