Iran has reportedly responded to a 15 point peace plan from the United States aimed at ending the ongoing conflict, according to Tasnim News Agency. The response was conveyed through unnamed intermediaries, and Tehran is now awaiting Washington’s reply.

The details of the original US plan remain undisclosed, but Pakistani officials confirmed that the 15 points were transmitted via Pakistan. Sources cited by Tasnim said Iran’s reply came last night and included a five point counterproposal.

The five points outlined by Iran reportedly include an end to “aggression,” the creation of a mechanism ensuring that neither the United States nor Israel returns to war, financial compensation, and a cessation of hostilities on all fronts. This would entail Israel halting operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon and potentially against Hamas in Gaza.

The move signals Tehran’s willingness to engage diplomatically while maintaining key security and territorial concerns. Analysts suggest that the negotiations could mark a critical step toward de escalation if both sides respond constructively.

As both nations await the next exce, the situation remains delicate, with the international community closely monitoring developments in hopes of a peaceful resolution.
