Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, a former National Publicity Secretary of the now-defunct New Peoples Democratic Party (nPDP), has said that President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) have helped make the African Democratic Congress (ADC)’s goal of gaining political power in 2027 a reality.

He explained that Atiku Abubakar’s official move to the ADC will inspire strong support from Nigerians aiming to remove Tinubu and his government through voting.

Eze, who is an APC leader, criticized Tinubu and his team for making Nigeria look bad internationally. He said it is now time for Nigerians to feel hopeful.

“With this bold and timely move, the battle to save Nigeria from poor governance and clueless leadership has begun,” Eze said.

He expressed confidence that Atiku will use his wide connections, political wisdom, leadership skills, and experience to strengthen the ADC.

“Now that Atiku has joined the ADC, and with Rotimi Amaechi bringing his winning experience as Campaign Director General for Buhari in 2015 and 2019, the path is clear for a new Nigeria,” Eze added.

He said Tinubu’s poor handling of poverty and security problems has made it easier for the ADC to rise in 2027.

Although Eze has not yet joined the ADC, he promised he will soon join other progressives working to save the country.

He called on leaders like Rotimi Amaechi, Peter Obi, David Mark, Nasir El-Rufai, and all Atiku supporters to unite with the goal of removing Tinubu in 2027.

Eze praised former Adamawa State Governor Jibrilla Bindow, Senators Aisha Binani, Abdullazeez Nyako, Ahmed Barata, Ishaku Abbo, and other notable Adamawa figures for coming together under the ADC.

He also warned Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, not to listen to advice encouraging him to leave the ADC and run in 2027 under the Labour Party or any other party.

Eze said doing so would “allow Tinubu to continue his bad leadership after 2027.”
