Chief Eze Chukwuemeka Eze, a close ally of former Minister of Transportation Chibuike Amaechi, has publicly criticized Senator Adams Oshiomhole for his recent remarks targeting Amaechi and former Vice President Atiku Abubakar.

Oshiomhole had questioned Amaechi’s legacy, particularly the decision to construct a railway to Niger Republic while neglecting Rivers State, and downplayed his role in APC’s 2015 electoral victory.

In response, Eze accused Oshiomhole of acting out of political frustration and using his senatorial position as a shield against legal scrutiny. He defended Amaechi’s record, citing his transparency, non-violent approach, and strategic contributions to Nigeria’s rail infrastructure.

Eze also referenced past political tensions involving Governor Wike, asserting that Amaechi’s actions were constitutionally necessary. He urged Oshiomhole to redirect his focus and recognize Amaechi’s ongoing commitment to national development and reform.
