Bryce Dessner, renowned as a guitarist for the indie-rock band The National, is set to debut his latest classical composition, the Piano Concerto, in September 2025. This piece holds personal significance for Dessner, as it is dedicated to his sister, Jessica, a ballet dancer who has faced health challenges. The concerto will be performed by pianist Alice Sara Ott during Dessner’s year-long residency at the Konzerthaus Berlin.
