The concert marked the first in 20 years that the original lineup—Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler, and Bill Ward—reunited on . Proceeds from the event, totaling £140 million, were donated to Acorns Children’s Hospice, Birmingham Children’s Hospital, and Cure Parkinson’s, the band’s to giving back to the community that supported them throughout their career.
