Architect Chibuikem Onyekachi Praises Governor Peter Mbahs Visionary Leadership in Enugu State

The Managing Director of Powell Homes and Shelters Ltd Architect Chibuikem Onyekachi Emmanuel has described Enugu State as fortunate to have Governor Peter Ndubuisi Mbah at the helm of affairs. Speaking on Tuesday in Enugu during celebrations marking the Governors 54th birthday Onyekachi compared Mbahs leadership style and impact to that of global icons such as Lee Kuan Yew Charlemagne Deng Xiaoping and Mahatma Gandhi.

Onyekachi praised the Governors nearly three years in office noting that his administration has successfully placed Enugu on the map as a premier hub for industrialisation infrastructural development and all round growth. He specifically highlighted Mbahs pro business policies which have transformed the real estate sector. These advancements include the modernization of land management through the elishment of the Enugu Geographic Information System ENGIS significant reforms at the State Ministry of Lands and the efficient administration of the Survey Department by the Office of the Surveyor General.

According to Onyekachi Governor Mbahs leadership has fostered a rare sense of peace in Enugus political landscape through inclusivity and a genuine willingness to accept constructive criticism. He noted that the Governors vision for economic expansion and job creation is already producing tangible results across various sectors making the state a top destination for serious investors.

The Powell Homes boss expressed total confidence that Enugu will witness even greater transformation in the coming years as the administration continues to implement its clear policy direction. Onyekachi concluded his remarks by praying for continued blessings on Governor Mbah as the state prepares for the upcoming re election campaign season.
